                   meeting time 3:00pm-5:30pm
    this class is in session--it IS POSSIBLE to join

       ~September 20,  27,  October 4, 10 (practice
                      session on Saturday 9-1), 11
                     meeting time 3:00pm- 5:30pm

Except for the session flanked by ****--that is virtual--
classes are in person (Urbana IL)- online is an option

Cost per couple $125
Classes include:
~link for meditation practices
~10+ hours of instruction
~option to have reunion class after births

Scholarship available, please ask about this option if   needed.  Cost should not be a reason not  participating in this opportunity!
